Information we collect

We create an enquiry record from the information you choose to submit and collect only what is needed to assess and respond.

• Your name, brand or company name, email address, and any contact method you choose to provide.
• Your existing website, primary market, service interests, problem, functions, timing, budget, materials and additional notes.
• Page language, source page, referring URL and any UTM source information included in the link.
• The privacy notice version, consent time and enquiry handling history.

How we use the information

Enquiry data is used only to handle the request and maintain service security. We do not use it for marketing messages without permission.

• Understand the request, identify scope and prepare follow-up questions.
• Reply through the contact details provided, arrange discussions and track progress.
• Prepare proposals, project scope and pre-project records.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors and maintain system security.

Retention and deletion

An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for no more than 12 months after the latest meaningful contact. The enquiry, internal notes and handling records are then deleted.

If an enquiry becomes a project, project data is managed separately for contractual, accounting, delivery and necessary legal obligations, so the automatic deletion period for unconverted enquiries no longer applies.

Necessary service providers and disclosure

Necessary providers may process data to operate the website, database, backups, email and technical maintenance.

• They receive only the data and access needed to perform the specified service.
• We do not sell, rent or exchange enquiry data.
• Disclosure is limited to legal requirements, protection of rights or the handling of a security incident.

Essential cookies, website analytics and abuse prevention

The enquiry and management functions use essential session cookies and security tokens for form verification, login and cross-site request protection.

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow website analytics”. It is used to understand overall page views, acquisition sources and key-button use. Google signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled, and we do not send names, email addresses, enquiry IDs or form content to Google.

You can use essential features only or reopen “Analytics and cookie settings” from the footer at any time. A hashed network address may also be used briefly to limit submission frequency, but the full IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.

Your choices and data security

We use access controls, protected login, activity records, backups and minimum necessary access to manage enquiry data, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

• Ask whether we hold your enquiry data.
• Request a copy, correction or completion of the information you provided.
• Ask us to stop contacting you or delete an unconverted enquiry.
• Raise a question about processing. We will verify identity before acting on a request.

This notice is version 2026-07-31-v2. A new effective date will appear here after an update, and the enquiry form requires confirmation of the version in effect when you submit.
