Project background

Brand information and booking rules needed one clear official home.

Customers use search, social channels and the website to find locations, opening information, menus and booking options. With multiple languages and location-specific rules, a static brochure page could not support daily operations.

The project began by defining public information, bookable locations, dates and time rules before deciding the front-end content, booking steps, admin controls and notification flow.

The challenge

The goal was not simply to publish data, but to keep every detail and flow aligned.

01

Consistent multilingual content

Brand, location and article content needed clear language versions, publication states and ownership.

02

Different booking rules

Dates and time slots had to follow each location instead of forcing every operation into the same options.

03

Manageable daily updates

The team needed to manage content, images and bookings without editing website code for every change.

Strategy and solution

Define the operating rules first, then build the website and admin flow.

  1. 01

    Map brand and location data

Confirm public information, languages, location status and booking conditions in one reliable source.

  2. 02

    Create a trilingual brand home

Bring the brand story, locations, updates and booking entry points together on the official domain.

  3. 03

    Build a custom reservation flow

Show available times by location and date, save booking data, then notify both customer and venue.

  4. 04

    Connect content management

Manage trilingual articles, images, drafts and publication states while exposing only published content.

Core delivery

Website experience, booking flow and daily management delivered together.

  • Traditional Chinese, Spanish and English website
  • Multi-location information and responsive pages
  • Custom booking by location and date
  • Customer and venue email notifications
  • Trilingual articles, images and publishing controls
  • Search indexing, backups and production records

Delivered outcome

Brand content, location information and booking management connected in one flow.

The live website provides trilingual content and multi-location information. Customers enter the booking flow according to active operating rules, while the team manages public content, images and reservations through the admin process.

  • Trilingual brand website operating on the official domain
